Payment & Policies
The following outlines billing procedures, payment expectations, and service policies for Blueprint Behavioral Training & Consulting.
Billing & Invoicing
Invoices for services provided during the previous month will be issued within 10 days of the first day of the current month.
Payment is due within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
Payment Terms
Payment instructions will be included on each invoice. Any alternative payment arrangements must be agreed upon in writing prior to service delivery.
Late Payments
If payment is not received within 30 days, services may be paused until outstanding balances are resolved.
Service Agreements
Services begin after confirmation of scope, agreement on requested services, and execution of any required service agreement.
Professional Standards
All services are delivered in accordance with ethical standards and professional guidelines applicable to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA).
